This revised building plan approval is required by applicant when OC/BCC is not issued, and applicants want to change in the existing approved plan.
The allotee/plot holder can apply for Right of Way (RoW) permission for obtaining Electricity connection / Gas connection / OFC connectivity service from the respective service provider.
MIDC will scrutinize the online application along with all the necessary documents submitted by the allotee/plot holder within 15 days and after carrying inspection of proposed site of work / service route and confirming suitability of service tapping point; post that online Demand note for Right of Way (RoW) permission for respective service shall be made available.
